Professor Alok Kumar Rai, at the time of launch of the slate, had said that this learning management system can not only become an alternative income source for the university but is also in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for Vocal for Local. Because it has been completely developed in Lucknow University and has the potential to digitally empower other universities of the state later on. It is clear from today’s MoU with Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya that this statement made by Vice Chancellor Professor Rai was true in the context of SLATE.
