Prof. Audhesh Kumar Head, Department of Commerce, University of Lucknow and convenor of the conference announced about the same through a press meet on 6th April, 2023. A Conference poster and logo designed specially for the conference was unveiled by the head of the department at the press meet. In his interaction with media, he informed approx 500 National and International registrations were received from academicceasus. He also confirmed that delegates and resource persons from Bangladesh, Oman, Singapore, Nepal, and Bhutan will attend the conference. He further informed that one panel discussion, one plenary and 3-3 technical sessions have been scheduled during two days conference for meaningful ideas and discussions. Describing about the relevance of this International Conference and particularly sustainability he addressed that the ability of any civilization to exist and expand without destroying all the natural resources is a crucial component of sustainability, and sustainable development is the long-term objective of the global, national, and local organisations. Emphasizing on the relevance of this conference at this time when Indian Economy is marching towards the third largest economy he continued by saying that India’s economy is expanding at much faster pace in the world. Everyone has complimenting the nation, whether it is IMF, World Bank, or international rating organisations. In light of this, he stated that it is clear how India’s rising economy is projecting its glory around the world. This type of Conference, with the help of ideas given by academicians and scholars will be fruitful to come up with solutions to the difficulties in the path of sustainable growth.
