University of Lucknow Introduces ‘Kushal Khiladi Kosh’ Financial Support Scheme for Student Athletes
लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय “कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष” योजना को लॉन्च कर रहा है
लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय ने माननीय कुलपति प्रोफेसर आलोक कुमार राय के निर्देशन में छात्रों की वित्तीय सहायता के लिए शोध मेधा छात्रवृत्ति, कर्मयोगी योजना, वीसी केयर फंड आदि जैसी कई योजनाएं पहले ही शुरू की हैं।
अब लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय खेलों में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल छात्रों के लिए एक नई वित्तीय सहायता योजना “कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष” शुरू कर रहा है।
माननीय कुलपति, प्रोफेसर आलोक कुमार राय ने कहा कि “कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष” का उपयोग विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों के बीच खेल उत्कृष्टता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किया जा रहा है।
इस योजना के तहत निम्नलिखित छात्रों को वित्तीय सहायता मिलेगी –
वित्तीय सहायता
- एलयूएए (लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय एथलेटिक एसोसिएशन) द्वारा अनुमोदित राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में स्वर्ण/रजत/कांस्य जीतने वाले छात्रों को पूर्ण वित्तीय सहायता (पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क + छात्रावास शुल्क + मेस शुल्क)।
- एलयूएए अनुमोदित राज्य स्तरीय खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में स्वर्ण/रजत/कांस्य जीतने वाले छात्रों को ट्यूशन शुल्क सहायता।
- एलयूएए अनुमोदित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों को यात्रा भत्ता वित्तीय सहायता। पात्रता : निम्न छात्र उपर्युक्त योजनाओं के लिए पात्र होंगे, यदि
• छात्रों को लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय के बैनर तले LUAA अनुमोदित खेल प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेना होगा। व्यक्तिगत रूप से या किसी अन्य संबद्धता के माध्यम से प्रतिस्पर्धा करने वाले छात्र पात्र नहीं होंगे।
• पिछले सेमेस्टर या वार्षिक परीक्षा में स्पष्ट रूप से उत्तीर्ण हो या बैक पेपर के लिए पात्र हो।
• विश्वविद्यालय के नियमित या स्व-वित्त पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए नामांकित है।
• पिछली परीक्षा में न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण किया हो।
• पिछले शैक्षणिक सेमेस्टर/वर्ष में कम से कम 75% उपस्थिति होनी चाहिए।
• किसी भी गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों में शामिल नहीं होना चाहिए। (कुलानुशासक कार्यालय से जारी प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन के साथ संलग्न किया जाना चाहिए)।
• जो भी छात्र किसी भी प्रकार की फेलोशिप/छात्रवृत्ति वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त कर रहा/रही हो, वह इस सहायता के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
समिति :
“कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष” से सभी प्रकार की सहायता समिति के विचार और निर्णय के अधीन होगी, इस समिति में शामिल होंगे: –
• अध्यक्ष, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय एथलेटिक एसोसिएशन (कमेटी का अध्यक्ष)
• सचिव, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय एथलेटिक एसोसिएशन (सदस्य सचिव)
• कोषाध्यक्ष, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय एथलेटिक एसोसिएशन (सदस्य)
• डीन छात्र कल्याण (डीएसडब्ल्यू) (सदस्य)
• दो सदस्य कुलपति द्वारा नामित किये जायेंगे।
समिति “कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष” योजना के तहत वित्तीय सहायता चाहने वाले छात्रों द्वारा प्रस्तुत आवेदनों पर चर्चा करेगी और निर्णय लेगी।
कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष से सहायता को वितरण करने को नियंत्रित करने वाले नियम:
• कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष से संवितरण माननीय कुलपति के अनुमोदन और वित्तीय मंजूरी के अधीन होगा।
• कुशल खिलाड़ी कोष का उपयोग जरूरतमंद छात्रों की सहायता नियमानुसार किया जाएगा। किसी अन्य कारण से इस निधि से भुगतान की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
• उम्मीदवार द्वारा दिए गए झूठे दावे/जानकारी उसे फंड से प्रदान की गई सहायता की पूरी राशि वापस करने के लिए उत्तरदायी बना देगी।
• किसी भी स्थान पर जहां नियम स्पष्ट नहीं हैं या व्याख्या की आवश्यकता है, वहां कुलपति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
University of Lucknow is launching KUSHAL KHILADI KOSH
University of Lucknow has already launched so many schemes for students financial support like Shodh Medha Scholarship, Karmyogi yojna, VC care fund etc under the direction of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof Alok Kumar Rai.
Now University of Lucknow is launching a new financial support scheme “The Kushal Khiladi Kosh” for the students who are actively involved in sports.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof Alok Kumar Rai said that “The Kushal Khiladi Kosh” would be used for the promotion of sports excellence among the University students.
Following students will get the financial assistance under this scheme –
Financial Support
- Full financial support (Course fee + hostel fee + mess charges) to the students winning gold/silver/bronze in the national and International LUAA (Lucknow University Athletic Association) approved sport competitions.
- Tuition fee support to the students winning gold/silver/bronze in the state level LUAA approved sport competitions.
- Travel financial support to the students participating in the International LUAA approved sport competitions. Eligibility : A student would be eligible for the afore-mentioned schemes, if
• The students should have participated in the LUAA approved sports competition under the banner of University of Lucknow. Students competing individually or through any other affiliation shall not be eligible.
• Have clearly passed the previous semester or annual examination or is eligible for the back paper.
• Is enrolled for the regular or self-finance courses of the university.
• Has passed with minimum 60% marks in the previous examination.
• Should have at-least 75% attendance in the previous academic semester/year.
• Should not have been involved in any unlawful activities. (A certificate issued from the Proctor office should be enclosed with the application).
• He/She is not receiving any kind of financial assistance including fellowship/scholarship shall not be eligible for this support.
Committee :
All types of assistance out of the “Kushal Khiladi Kosh” shall be subject to the consideration and decision of the Committee, which would consist of: –
• Chairman, Lucknow University Athletic Association (Chairperson)
• Secretary, Lucknow University Athletic Association (Member Secretary)
• Treasurer, Lucknow University Athletic Association (Member)
• Dean Students Welfare (DSW) (Member)
• Two members to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor.
The Committee shall discuss and decide upon the applications submitted by the students seeking financial support under Kushal Khiladi Kosh scheme.
Rules governing Dispersal from the Kushal Khiladi Kosh:
• Disbursement from the Kushal Khiladi Kosh would subject to the approval and financial sanction of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor.
• The Kushal Khiladi Kosh would be used strictly for the assistance and aid to the needy students. No payment from this fund would be permitted for any other cause.
• False claims/information furnished by the candidate would make him/her liable for refund of the entire amount of assistance provided out of the Fund.
• Any place where rules are not clear or needs interpretation, decision of the Vice-chancellor shall be final.
