बीएड प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन और काउंसलिंग की फीस में करीब 33% की कटौती की गई है। सामान्य व ओबीसी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों से अब 1,500 रुपये की जगह 1,000 रुपये, जबकि रुपये की जगह 500 रुपये आवेदन फीस ली जाएगी। काउंसलिंग फीस भी 1,000 से घटाकर 650 रुपये कर दी गई है। शुक्रवार को उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री योगेंद्र उपाध्याय की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया।

बीएड संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा पिछली बार लखनऊ विवि ने करवाई थी, लेकिन इस बार रुहेलखंड को जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। विज्ञापन 15 अप्रैल को जारी होगा। जुलाई के पहले सप्ताह में प्रवेश परीक्षा होगी। 5 अगस्त को रिजल्ट जारी होगा। उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों की काउंसलिंग 10 से 2 के बीच होगी और 29 अगस्त से सत्र शुरू होगा।
Bringing relief to students wanting to take up Bachelor of Education (BEd) course, the UP government on Thursday reduced the entrance examination fee by 33%.
The UP Joint Entrance Examination for BED (UPJEE BED) 2022 will be conducted by MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Close to 5.9 lakh candidates had applied for Bed course last year.
The decision, said higher education minister (independent charge) Yogendra Upadhyay has been taken in the interest of students. The advertisement for the UPJEE BED will be released on April 15. The entrance exam will be held in the first week of July. The results will be announced on August 5, while the counselling will be held between August 10 and 25. The academic session 2022-23 for BEd will commence from August 29.
Candidates from general category, other backward class and those from outside Up
filling the BEd application form will ha to pay Rs 1,000 instead of Rs 1,500.
The amount with late fee to be paid is Rs 1,600 which was earlier Rs 2,500.
For SC candidates, the application fee is reduced to Rs 500 from earlier Rs 750, and to Rs 800 from earlier Rs 1,250 with late fee. In addition, all BEd qualified candidates will have to pay Rs 650 as counselling fee instead of Rs 1,000 charged earlier by the government.
