We took all Covid-19 precautions like wearing masks and using sanitizers but there were many who had removed masks soon after entering the campus,” said a BSc student. Classes were held in a number of science departments but in commerce and arts faculties, classes were held only in 40% of the departments.
LU spokesperson Durgesh Srivastava said, “Classes were held in almost all departments since it was the first day. Attendance was not 100% but gradually student footfall will increase.”
