Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Rai said that its decision has been taken in the examination committee. A committee has also been formed which is preparing the formula for promotion. On this basis students will be promoted by giving average marks. Due to COVID-19, LU had conducted the exam with multiple choice questions, but due to Covid-19, many students missed the exam. The Vice Chancellor said that there are such students in colleges including many departments of the university. The exact number is not known yet, it may be around a thousand. He told that if their examination is conducted, then a very long time will be spent in the examination program, so preparations are being made to promote these students. The Vice Chancellor said that LU is the first university, which has conducted the examination on time, released the result, completed the admission process and started conducting the classes.
This sequence will continue in future also. Except for the first year, the examinations for the remaining years and semesters will be conducted in December and January. Law exam will start from December 1. The first year examinations will be conducted in the month of February.
