Lucknow University 2022 Application Form will be released through online mode only. Lucknow University conducts a university level common entrance exam for candidates seeking admission in various field of UG & PG courses at Lucknow University campuses. Qualified candidates of this examination will get admission in the various courses of Engineering, Arts, Science, Computer Science, Commerce and Management fields.

Eligibility
Intermediate or equivalent examination with Commerce or Intermediate or equivalent with Economics or Mathematics as one of the subjects of study. Candidates of General and Other Backward Classes must secure at least 40% of marks and candidates of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes must secure minimum 33% marks. In B.Com (Hons), General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure at least 60% of marks and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates must secure minimum 55% marks. These are based on total marks of all subjects.

Mode of Admission
- Admissions in the Faculties of ACommerce Under Graduate students shall be admitted on the basis of marks obtained in Undergraduate Entrance test (UGET) of the University.
- Order of Merit will be determined as follows :-
- If two or more candidates have secured equivalent marks/rank in the merit list, then the merit for admission will be determined as follows:-
- The candidate, who has secured higher percentage of marks in Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination or Polytechnic Diploma, will be given preference.
- If the marks secured in class 12 or equivalent examination or Polytechnic Diploma are the same in such cases first preference will be given to the candidate who has secured higher percentage of marks in High School or equivalent examination.
- The candidate shall be entitled to weightages (if any) on the merit.
MODALITIES FOR U.G. ENTRANCE EXAM
1.Admission will be on MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) based Entrance Test.
2.The number of questions in Entrance Test of all Programmes will be 100 each
3.Each question will carry 02 marks.
4.There will be no negative marking.
5.The duration of Entrance Test will be of 90 minutes for all programmes.
